Martina Torres, age 76 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Martina was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico to the late Nicolas and Dominga (Osorio) Torres and was a resident of Vineland for the past 25 years.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening, music and sharing time with her friends and family.

Martina is survived by her 3 daughters; Evelyn Mercado and Josefina Mercado, both of Paterson, NJ and Mayra Reyes and husband Gerardo of Vineland.  She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and by her brother Felix Torres of Naples, FL., along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 8 ^th at 1:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.  Family and friends may gather from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the funeral home.  Burial will be private.
