Marvin Kushner, age 83 of Vineland, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 at SJ Healthcare, HospiceCare, Bridgeton. Marvin was born in Manhattan to the late Ben and Sadie (Klaus) Kushner and was a resident of Vineland since 1962. Marvin was a Veteran of the Army serving in the Korean War. He worked for National Freight as a dispatcher and trouble shooter, and also for C.S.X. Railroad in Pennsylvania. Marvin enjoyed making model airplanes, trains and automobiles. Marvin was predeceased by his daughter, Sharon (Kushner) Carter in 2010 Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Bernice (Ginsberg) Kushner of Vineland. 2 sons; Richard I. Kushner and wife Gail of Dover, N.H. and Bruce Kushner of Vineland. Also by 4 grandchildren; Jason and Shawn Ingrassia and Rachel and Ben Kushner, and 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 19th at 1:30 PM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Inurnment will be private.
