Mary Anne Gesner, age 87 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.

Mary was born in Lost Creek, PA. to the late Maurice A. and Eleanor R. (Brady) Houston and was a resident of Vineland for the past 25 years.  Prior to her retirement, Mary was a registered nurse for various medical facilities in the area for over 40 years.  She enjoyed crocheting and reading and most especially loved to share time with her family.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Paul L.B. Gesner.

Mary is survived by her 6 children; Regina Knapp of Midlothian, VA., Lisa A. St. Maur and husband Paul of Laurel Springs, NJ, Denise Marshall and husband Oscar of W. Deptford, NJ, Paul Gesner and fiancée Donna Hopkins of Browns Mills, NJ, Corrine Gesner and fiancée Michael Kopie of Cumberland, NJ and Philip N. Gesner of Mt. Laurel, NJ.

She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren; Thomas, Rhiannon, Samantha, Chrystalyne, Heather, Oscar Jr., Eric, Cari, Eugene, Kelsey, Emily, Angelina and Bella.  Along with 2 great-grandchildren; Gabrielle and Ricky, her sister Eleanor Martinez of Berlin and 2 brothers; Robert Houston and wife Ann of St. Clair, PA. and William Houston and wife Ann of Philadelphia, PA.  She will also be remembered by several nieces, nephews, cousins and her "fur baby" Teddy.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 17th at Infant Jesus Parish, St. Margaret's R.C. Church, 845 Third St. Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097.  Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 am at the Church.  Interment will be private.
