Mary Soto, age 82, of Vineland, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014, at Lincoln Specialty Care, Vineland. Mary was born in Lares, Puerto Rico, to the late Pedro Soto and Mercedes Romero and came to Vineland in 1967 from Brooklyn, New York. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, Spanish Congregation. Prior to retirement, Mary was a seamstress for DeRossi and Son Clothing. She enjoyed crocheting, and being with her grandchildren and friends. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Ramon Soto in 1986. Mary is survived by her loving family; two sons, Carlos Soto of Texas and Raymond Soto and wife Martha of Illinois, two daughters, Leslie Soto and Patricia Cruz of Vineland. Mary is also survived by 5 grandsons and a great granddaughter. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 4th at 10:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends may gather on Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 pm and again on Thursday from 9:00 - 10:00 am at the funeral home.
