Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Mildred Diaz Santiago, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2025 at the age of 78 in Vineland, NJ.

She was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico on November 28, 1946. Mildred was known for her bright smile, kind and loving heart, silly jokes, and love for gardening. Mildred enjoyed reading the bible, praying, cooking, helping others, and going to Atlantic City. Her pain was not a weakness, it was the fuel that made her resilient and stronger day by day.

Mildred was a member of the Guerreros De Cristo En Marcha church for many years.

Mildred is preceded in death by her mother, Filomena Santiago; father, Manuel Diaz, child, Carlito Rosado, and 5 siblings. She is survived by her son, Luis Antonio Rosado; daughters, Mildred Rosado, Maria Rodriguez, and Yolanda Lopez; step-daughter, Everlidis (Yiyi) Garcia Ramos. She also leaves behind her siblings, Maria Aviles, Andrea Torres, Milagros Torres, Evangelista Torres, Fermin Diaz, and 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one on the way, and many nieces and nephews.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.  Mildred will forever reside in our hearts. She is now in God's loving care.

Friends and family will be received on Friday April 4th, 2025 at 10am followed by a funeral service at 11am at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral home. 1024 East Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360. Mildred will be laid to rest at Siloam Cemetery 550 N Valley Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360.
