Mollie Pearl, age 93, passed away on August 4, 2012 at Eagleview Nursing Home, she was a long-time Vineland resident and was the youngest of eight children. Mollie was involved in the PTA in the 1960's. Also in the 1960's, she was a Girl Scout leader for a brownie troop that met at the Max Leuchter School. Mollie enjoyed playing a helpful role with the Singing Ambassadors when the singing organization was under the direction of Henry Ricci. She was employed by The Vineland Board of Education for many years as a teacher's assistant within the special education departments helping children of various ages. Mollie was married to Marvin Pearl who passed away in 1997; they were married for 53 years. She is survived by four children, David (Joy) Pearl of Maryland, Harold (Yvonne) Pearl of Vineland, Gary Pearl, also of Vineland and Denise (Vinny Zito) of New Hampshire; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held at The Chesed Shel Emeth Hebrew Carmel Cemetery, 380 Morias Avenue,Carmel, New Jersey, at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 8, 2012.
