Nancy Morales, 59, died at home on Saturday March 21, 2026, in the arms of her sister Neida Morales-Morgan and brother Ray Morales who have protected and cared for her with love and compassion through her life. Nancy received compassionate and loving care from, Maria, Eladia and Glemis, all of whom showed her so much love and compassion through the years, we consider you to be “Nuestra familia,” (our family). Nancy is resting in the presence and loving embrace of Her Lord Jesus Christ.
Born in Newcomb Hospital in Vineland, NJ on August 29, 1966, to Jose V. Morales and Lydia M. Morales, who have both preceded her in death. Nancy leaves behind four siblings: Jose V. Morales Jr. and family, Neida Morales-Morgan and husband Barry, Nate Morales and family and Raymond Morales and wife Rosie, all of Vineland. Nancy was preceded in death by her brother Danny with whom she was remarkably close until his death in 2021.
Nancy also leaves behind her niece Lydia Whitlow and husband Andrew of Midlothian, VA. who visited as often as possible, and her other family members, including two nieces and one nephew: of Vineland, two great nieces and three great nephews, many cousins and several aunts and uncles.
Nancy had a love for certain types of food and genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to a simple banana and cheerios most mornings. She was an incredibly special lady who loved to be outdoors whenever it was possible, from an early age she loved to play with her Rubik’s Cube by removing the stickers and then playing, along with flipping a small ball behind her back for others to catch. She was curious, playful, and loving with quite a sense of humor. Nancy’s bright smile and beautiful eyes could make dark days seem brighter and lighter just by hearing her laugh.
Nancy is missed by those of us who allowed her to touch our lives and our hearts as we were allowed to know and love her. She showed great strength, and endurance throughout her life teaching us the reality of 2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought a good fight, and have finished my course: I have kept the faith”.
Neida and Ray would like to express their gratitude and thanks to Nancy’s nurses, Kristen and Holly from NJ Health Hospice and Palliative Care, for the help and support you provided with compassion and care.
