Nicanor Vazquez, 73 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord after an extended illness on January 31, 2012 at Lincoln Specialty Care Center. Born in Cidra, Puerto Rico, Nicanor was a resident of Vineland for 35 years. He worked for B & B Poultry in Norma and enjoyed playing the guitar, dominoes and sharing time with his family. Nicanor was a member of the Holy Name Society and the Divine Mercy Parish. Nicanor is survived by his daughter Mira Vazquez of Puerto Rico and 2 grandchildren of Puerto Rico. Also by 12 brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.
