Olga (Sykyta) Chupashko, 89 of Vineland passed away Monday, March 26, 2012 at S.J. HealthCare, Regional Medical Center, Vineland. Olga was born in New York City to the late William and Martha (Nakoneczna) Sykyta and moved to Vineland with her family in 1929. Olga graduated from Vineland High School Class of 1940. She married her husband John Chupashko in 1951 and they purchased the family poultry farm. Throughout her life Olga was involved in the Lemko Assoc., the Zoria Dance Group, and along with John, supervised weekly bingo games to benefit the Evanoff Center. She also volunteered for many activities at the Veterans Home while her husband was a resident there and after his passing. She enjoyed socializing with her friends and family, dancing and traveling. Olga was predeceased by her husband John and sons Paul and Nicky. Survivors include three sons, John P. Chupashko and wife Karen of Vineland, Daniel Chupashko and wife Stephanie of Pittsgrove and Pete Chupashko of Hammonton. Also 8 Grandchildren- Jake and Jeremy of Vineland, Andy (Alexandra) of Niantic,CT, Katia (Diego) Norri of Vienna, Va., Larisa of Crofton, MD, Pete Jr. of Buena, Paul Jr. of Williamstown and Alex Sheppard of Millville. Visitation hours are Saturday from 6:00-8:00 pm and again on Sunday from 10:00-11:00 am from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will be private.
