Pedro Julio Garcia Burgos, 77, passed away peacefully Sunday June 26, 2022 surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren.

He was born July 22, 1945 to Puerto Rican Natives Pedro Julio Garcia and Modesta Burgos in Palo Seco, Puerto Rico. Pedro was a great son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and last but not least the beloved husband and best friend of his one and only love of 48 years, Dora Alicia Rivera. He devoted his life to being a family man and hard working provider. He worked for Progresso for over 17 years until his retirement. Pedro was kind, loving, loyal and resilient with a warrior spirit. He enjoyed cooking, being an avid baseball fan and playing dominos during his spare time. To have known him was to love him.

Pedro is survived by his wife Dora Alicia Rivera, his siblings, Marina, Raymond, Elba and Felicna Burgos, his four children, Alexander, Jessica, Julio and Pedro Garcia. As well his 14 grandchildren, Jermaine Sr, Alexander, Keonna, Alyssa, Pedro, Thomas, Kiaralis, Tyreak, Julio Jr, Justin, Alexus, Alexis, Nasir, Amayah, Zaiden and 8 great grandchildren, Jermaine Jr, Kameron, Kaiden, Kody, Kennedy, Logan, AJ and Roman.

Family and friends are invited to gather for the viewing on Wednesday, June 29th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. The funeral service will begin at 7:00 pm. Pedro will be laid to rest in Puerto Rico.
