Rachel Beakley, age 83, of Vineland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.

Rachel was born on February 10, 1942 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to the late Francis and Nancy (Pelosi) Toscano.

She was employed as a seamstress for many years at the Millville Shirt Company. Rachel is well known for her spiritual nature, good humor and hearty smile.

In addition to her parents, Rachel was predeceased by her husband Westcoat Beakley in 2002, her brothers Frank and Anthony Toscano and her sister, Madeline (Toscano) Mahoney.

She is survived by her four step-children, Terry, Wes, Wayne and Brian, two grandchildren, Lisa and Michelle and four great-grandchildren, Bruce, Kylie, Gavin and Gage. As well as eight nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 12:00 Noon from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Albert Jimenez officiating. Family and friends may gather on Monday from 11:00-12:00 Noon, at the funeral home on Monday.

Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
