Radames Morales Sr., age 83 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 2, 2017 at Bishop McCarthy Residence.

Radames was born in Yanco, Puerto Rico to the late Luis and Sebastiana (Rios) Morales and was a lifelong Vineland resident.  Prior to his retirement, Radames worked as a bus driver with NJ Transit for over 10 years.  From 1973 – 1985, he worked in the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department.  Radames was a member of the Chestnut Assembly of God Church and was very active with the Church choir.  He enjoyed gardening and caring for his yard.

Radames was predeceased by his wife Elba R. Morales in 2004, and by his daughter Judith Rose Morales in 1966.

Radames is survived by his 6  sons; Robert Luis Morales (Donna), Radames Morales Jr. (Lucy), Albert H. Morales, Nephtali Caraballo (Melissa), Daniel Caraballo, Eli Caraballo (Marisol).  His 2 daughters; Tammy Marcoionni and Elba Rose Traina (Ted).  He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers, 4 sisters and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, Jan. 6 ^th at 1:00 pm at the Chestnut Assembly of God Church, 2554 E. Chestnut Ave. Vineland.  Intement will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.  Family and friends may gather on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the CHURCH and again on Friday morning from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the CHURCH.
