Ramona V. Montanez, age 83 of Vineland, went home to the Lord on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Egg Harbor Care Center, E.H.T., NJ.

Ramona was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, to the late Inocencio and Josefina (Velazquez) Montanez, and was a resident of Vineland for the past 10 years.  She was a member of Divine Mercy Parish of Vineland and enjoyed cooking, knitting and singing.

Ramona was predeceased by her husband Dionisio Vazquez.

Ramona is survived by her 15 children, 5 sons; Benny, Junior, Tito, Armando and Reinaldo, 10 daughters; Eva, Aurea, Hilda, Aileen, Santa, Ana, Ibis, Maria,Isabel and Mary. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and by her brother and sister and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday, April 4 ^th at 10:30 am at the Divine Mercy Parish, 23 W. Chestnut Ave. Vineland.  Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.  The viewing will be held on Monday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, and again on Tuesday morning from 9:15 – 10:15 am at the CHURCH.
