Obituary

Ronald Albert Naulty June 30, 1933 – November 2, 2021

Ronald Albert Naulty, 88, of Vineland, passed away on November 2, 2021. Ron, born in Philadelphia County, was a long-time resident of Palmyra and lived in Vineland since 2004.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Upon discharge, Ron began a long career as parts manager at Horner Mack Trucks in Vineland, then at Iveco Trucks of North America. Ron received many commendations and awards for his innovations and dedication to the industry.

Ron was predeceased by his wife, the former Angelina (Lena) Van Buren, nee Bracaliello; his parents George Naulty and Elsie Naulty nee Gruber; and his sister, Mildred Fitzpatrick nee Naulty and her husband Hank Fitzpatrick.

He is survived by his nephew Brian Fitzpatrick and Brian's wife Karen; by his two stepdaughters, Barbara Van Buren Hauser and Lois Van Buren; and by three step-grandsons and two step-great-grandsons.

Ron was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Vineland. He was an avid reader of American war history and never missed the challenge of a good crossword puzzle. He loved home life, family gatherings, and day trips with Lena. In their 70s, Ron and Lena were married barefoot on the beach in Maui. While their contemporaries were moving into assisted living, they were building a brand-new house from the ground up to live out their lives together in their dream home.

Funeral services will be privately held. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.wbfuneralhome.com .

Arrangements are by the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, Vineland.
