Rosa M. (Perez) Plaza, age 89 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at home, surrounded by her loving children.

Rosa was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico to the late Emilio Perez and Marcelina Quintana and was a resident of Vineland for most of her life.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling, playing bingo, watching soap operas and soccer, and going to the casino.  Above all, Rosa loved to share time with her family, especially her grandchildren, she cared immensely for others and adored her children.

She was predeceased by her husband Ruben Plaza, her brother Jorge Perez and by her sister Mercedes Acevedo.

Rosa is survived by her six children; Myrna Acevedo, Rosa "Mimi" Plaza, Ruben Plaza, Marla Claudio, Maribel Evangelista and Arnaldo Plaza.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
