Rosalina (Viera) Borrero, 85, of Vineland, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at home with her devoted husband by her side.

Rosalina was born August 29, 1938 in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico to the late Mariano Ramos Ramos and Catalina Estrada Gonzalez. She was the fifth of ten children, eight preceded her in death. Rosalina was educated in Puerto Rico before moving to New York in 1959. She was married to Jose Antonio Ramos Rios and three children were born from this union. Rosalina then moved to Vineland in 1971 where she worked as a seamstress in several clothing factories and last worked for Boscov's as a tailor in the Men's department. Rosalina married Nehemias Borrero Sr. on August 1, 1981. She was a member of the Vineland Spanish Assembly of God Church, and was active with the Sunday School department and Women's Ministry.

Rosalina was a talented seamstress and phenomenal cook. She loved spending time with her family, going to church, and traveling to visit family. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Rosalina is survived by her husband Nehemias Borrero Sr.; her children Jose Ramos (Minerva "Mimi"), Nancy Rivera (Israel Jr.), and Carmen Cortes (Jose David), all of Vineland, step-children, James Borrero, Michael Borrero (Alicia), Miriam "Mimi" Bernard (Juan Jr.), and Nehemias "Nick" Borrero Jr. (Cathy), all of Vineland; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; one brother, Reguin Viera of Puerto Rico; and many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Spanish Assembly of God Church, Third and Quince streets, with the Rev. Tomas Acevedo officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery. Family and friends may gather for the viewing on Thursday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Church and again on Friday morning from 9:00-10:00 am, prior to the service.
