Roy Rene Ramos Rosa, 50 years old of Vineland, NJ joined the Lord suddenly in his home on June 17, 2014. He was born on October 23, 1963 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his mother Elizabeth Ramos, his sister Reta Ramos-Rios, his brother-in-law Gabriel Rios, his nephews Caden, Caleb, and Carel Rios all of Vineland, NJ and his brother Ray Ramos of Fontana, California and pre-deceased by his father Carmelo Ramos on September 2, 2002. Roy graduated in 1981 from Vineland High School in Vineland, NJ and then attended Lincoln Technical Institute and received a certificate as a computer and network support technician. He worked for the Associated Press for over 20 years. He also worked for Dish Network, Verizon, Vivint and most recently was working at CompleteCare Health Network in Vineland as a PC Specialist for their Information Systems department. Roy enjoyed watching football and was an Eagles fan. He enjoyed working on his Datson and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed spending time with his sister, his nephews, his best friends Ron and Robin Adams and his Godchildren RJ and Matt Adams of Vineland, NJ. His humor was always in the forefront of his personality. He would always look to make people laugh and he had a very outgoing personality. He loved seafood especially crabs. He was a hard worker and devoted much of his life to his career. Visitation hours for Roy will take place on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Wednesday, June 25, 2014 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a service at 11:00 am at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 East Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ.
