Ruperto 'Tito' Velez, 61, born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, made his home for over forty years in Vineland, NJ, was summoned by our Lord on November 2, 2018.

Retired early from Crown Clothings, he enjoyed playing pool, riding his bike, music, was involved with the Domino Club during its existence, and spending time with his family and friends.

Tito is survived by his mother, Rosen Gonzalez, siblings, Jose 'Chevy' Velez, Geordy Velez, Jeoridian 'Peter' Mercado (Leray), and Iriedza 'Betty' Rodriguez (Ramon), three nieces and six  nephews, and sister in law, Gladys Almodovar.

Predeceased, by his father Marcelino Velez, step-father Samuel Mercado, and his brother, Marcelino 'Johnny' Velez.

Funeral arrangements will be private.
