IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sharon C.
Ruberti
October 6, 1952 – November 2, 2025
Sharon C. Ruberti (Moschetti), aged 73, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family in her home in Vineland. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, educator, and friend, Sharon touched the lives of many with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to helping others.
She was born on October 6, 1952, in Vineland, New Jersey, to Dominic and Helen Moschetti. She graduated from Vineland Senior High School in 1970. Following high school, she was employed by the City of Vineland in the Purchasing Department. She married the love of her life, David, in 1976 and enjoyed several years at home raising their four children. In 1985, she began her career at Dr. Mennies School as a dedicated paraprofessional for Vineland Public Schools until her retirement in 2010.
After a long and fulfilling career, Sharon retired to embrace what she cherished most — time with her family. She found immense joy in sharing everyday moments with her husband, creating new memories together in the simple rhythm of retired life. But her greatest happiness came from helping to care for her grandchildren, who were truly her most treasured gift. Whether cheering them on at their activities, planning their annual Holiday craft, taking family pictures, or simply being there with love and laughter, Sharon's days were filled with the warmth and purpose that only family can bring. She also enjoyed spending time with her cousins, her VHS luncheon group, her Mennies school retiree group, and her best friends in life, Donna Lupi, Michele Capo, and Paula Menzoni.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, David; her children, Christina (Brian) Stanker, Sarah (Dan) Smith, Anthony (Sharon) Ruberti, and Joseph (Angeleque) Ruberti; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Matthew, Olivia, Benjamin, Brody, Joshua, Joseph, Rhiannon, Cenzo, Natalia, Lucas, Annie, and Valentina. She also lovingly referred to Alana Zorzi as her fourteenth grandchild. She is further survived by her brother, Benny Moschetti; her sister, Laura Gilroy; sisters-in-law, Diane (Boris) Reissek and Sandie Donato; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Joanne Denby, and brothers-in-law, John Gilroy and Anthony Ruberti Jr.
Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Friday, November 7, 2025, at St. Isidore the Farmer Church, 1655 Magnolia Road, Vineland, NJ, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Interment will be private.
