Sheila M. (Kislek) Frasnelli, age 68 of Vineland, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Sheila was born in Williamstown, NJ to the late Paul and Eleanor (Griggs) Kislek and was a resident of Vineland for most of her life. She graduated from Vineland High School in 1963 and later earned her Master of Education Degree from Glassboro State College, now Rowan University. Prior to retirement, Sheila worked as the Supervisor of Special Education for the Vineland Public Schools, where she was employed for 33 years. For enjoyment, Sheila loved to cook, travel, ski and collect antiques. She was also an avid reader and above all, loved sharing time with her family and friends. Sheila is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Paul L. Frasnelli, and her beloved daughter, Dawn P. Frasnelli and fiancé Jeff Howe, all of Vineland. Her half-brother, Dennis Costa and wife Sharon, of Ohio and her step-sister, Marilyn Lekas, of Redbank, NJ. Sheila was predeceased by her sister Melinda Rammel. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 9th at 10:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Robert Velazquez officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. The viewing will take place on Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday from 9:00 - 10:00 am.
