Steven Pokrovsky, age 71 of Millville (formerly of Pittsgrove), passed away after a brief illness with leukemia on Friday, July 1, 2016 at home.

Steven was born in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Anthony and Helen (Sachkowsky) Pokrovsky, he was a resident of Millville for the last 5 years.  Steven served his county in the Army National Guard during the 1960's and was also a member of the Millville American Legion Post #82.  Steven enjoyed baseball, he loved to coach and also umpire the game.  In his spare time he enjoyed having and going to yardsales.

Steven is survived by his wife Sandra (Burzinski) Pokrovsky of Vineland.  His 2 sons; Steve Pokrovsky and wife Melissa of Pittsgrove and Eric Pokrovsky and wife Jennifer of Vineland.  He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; Staus, Jarrett, Luke, Ryleigh and Madison.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 9 ^th at 11:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.  Burial will be private.  The viewing will be from 9:00-11:00 am at the funeral home.
