Susanna (Catinella) Arena-Bacchini age 84 of Vineland went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 10th in S.J. HealthCare, RMC. Susanna was born in Mazara di Vallo Sicily, Italy to the late Franceso and Maria (Giacolini) Catinella and lived in Vineland since 1954. She was a clothing worker for various garment companies in the area. Susanna was a member of Malaga Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed cooking, making homemade pasta for her family, tending her fresh vegetable garden and beloved fig trees. She also enjoyed crocheting, as well as fashioning her own clothes and creating blankets for her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family as well as the church and it's members. Susanna was predeceased by her husbands, Ignazio Arena in 1970 and Ugo Bacchini in 1986. Survivors include her son, Ezekiel Frank Arena and his wife Lisa and her daughter, Mary Ann Gaetano and her husband Tony, all of Vineland. 5 Grandchildren, Christine Pasquarello and husband Steve of Glassboro, Anthony Gaetano Jr. and his wife Noelle, Sharon Ruberti and her husband Anthony, Kaitlynn Arena and Kourtney Arena, all of Vineland. 4 Great-Grandchildren, Marissa and Vincent Pasquarello and Lucas and Natalia Ruberti. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 14th at 11:00 AM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland With Rev. Randy Sabella officiating.
