Vija L. Miller passed away on the Wednesday, July 23rd 2014 due to health complications. She is survived by her husband Jimmy M. Miller, her son James G. Miller, her mother Maria E. Lesins, her two brothers Janis Lesins and Limonus "Bean" Lesins, her one sister Elizabeth Kemp, her nieces and nephews Johnathan, Jeffery, Edward, Michael, and Julia of Vineland, and Best friends for 30 years Donna and Cape McKay of Vineland. She was a strong woman, a loving friend, and a mentor to all who knew her. She was an excellent mother not only to her son but to all the children who were lucky enough to enter her life, and also to Mr. Waffle (her dog). She was a master seamstress, it was her lifelong passion. She also enjoyed tending her gardens and making her famous Jams and Jellies, often out of berries grown in the back yard. She will be dearly missed by the many people whose life she touched and she will be remembered forever. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements were by the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, Vineland.
