Vitina Eva (Catalano) Rasi died peacefully on August 2, 2021 at the age of 94.

She will be missed greatly by family and friends. She grew up in Vineland to Italian immigrant parents where she became the interpreter for the family. They owned a bakery in Vineland and she worked there in her teen years. Vitina graduated from Vineland High School and went on to Bridal dressmaking school in NYC. She worked different jobs, but her main concern was raising her children and grandchildren. Vitina loved sewing, gardening, traveling and cooking. She was a member of the Faith Bible Church, YMCA and the Sicilian American Club.

Vitina is survived by her 2 children; her son, Richard Rasi of NYC and her daughter and son-in-law Sheila and Michael Overs of Vineland. Her 2 grandchildren; Michael Overs Jr. of Germany and Krysten Robinson of Virginia, along with 6 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland on Friday, August 13th at 11:00 am.
