It is with great sadness that the family of Vladislav "Vlad" Melnichuk announces his unexpected passing on January 28, 2024, at the age of 35 years. Vlad was born on April 28, 1988 in Ordzhonikidze, Ukraine (now known as Pokrov) before relocating to the United States with his family in May of 1994.

Vlad had a kind heart and wouldn't hesitate to help others when he could. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his beautiful children who brought him so much joy.

Vlad will be dearly remembered and greatly missed by his father Alexander (Tetyana) Melnichuk, mother Nadezhda Stepchenko, significant other Taylor Sciullo and their two children Sasha & Dmitri, grandparents, Dmitry & Anastasia Melnichuk, sisters; Julia (Hector) Acosta & nephew Hector, Alina (Daniel) Rhoads & nephews Jacob and Julian and Ruth Melnichuk, along with his aunts, uncles and many cousins.

A funeral service will be held at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 12:00 pm, with burial immediately following at Siloam Cemetery. Family, friends and guests are welcome to attend the viewing an hour prior to service, from 11:00-12:00 pm at the funeral home.
