Wilfredo Soto "Willy" 80, passed away at home on Friday Aug. 10, 2012. Wilfredo was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He lived in Port Norris and resided in Vineland for over 30 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in the Korean War. He was employed by Kerr Glass in Millville and contentedly retired. Wilfredo was a devoted member of the Jehovah Kingdom Hall. He loved to play cards, dominos, and had a passion for restoring cars. He was known by his friends to be an avid collector of many things. He was always willing to help friends and family with anything they needed. Wilfredo will be missed by everyone he knew. Wilfredo is predeceased by his mother Oliva Soto, sisters Nettiy, Aracelys and brother Hector. Wilfredo leaves to cherish his memories his sisters Carmen Mercedes "Chere", Gregoria "Goyita", Oliva "Pucha" and brother Juan "Junior". His children Wilfredo (Maria) Soto jr. "Munito" of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, Wilfredo Luis Soto of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Carmen (Johnny) Williams of Vineland, Marlon Soto of Vineland, and Faith Hall of Vineland. A special niece Millie Corijo and a very special friend Angela Clarke. Grandchildren Michael (shirre), Melody, and Jayson as well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday Aug. 14, 2012 at The Kingdom hall of Jehovah Witness 225 East Oak Rd. Vineland, NJ. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery.
