William T. Hollenbeck, age 79 of Vineland, passed away on Tuesday December 25, 2012 at SJ Healthcare, RMC. Born in Dover, NJ to the late Joseph and Beatrice (Tompkins) Hollenbeck, William was a resident of Vineland for the past 37 years. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and served in the Korean War. Prior to retirement, he was employed as a truck driver for 7-UP Bottling in Bridgeton for 10 years. He also worked for the Bridgeton Shop Rite in the Dairy Department. William enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and watching sports, especially baseball. He was predeceased by his 2 sons; William Hollenbeck and John Joseph Hollenbeck. William is survived by his 3 loving daughters; Janice N. Brown and husband Willard of Sewell, NJ, Pamela Schwartz and husband Randy of Mullica Hill, NJ and Kimberly Ingraldi of Forked River, NJ. 7 grandchildren; Christina Mazza (Mike Moorhouse), Lauren Holland (Adam), Candice, Steven Brown (Nicole), Joseph Metzer,John and Richard Ingraldi and 4 great-grandchildren. 2 sisters; Peg Mathison of Hopatcong, NJ and Dorothy Blakeny of Scranton, PA. And by several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 29th at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Ellen Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends may gather on Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
