William Michael "Mike" Kostok Jr., age 44 of Toms River (formerly of Vineland) passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 in Aruba while on vacation.

Mike was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey to the late William Michael Kostok Sr. and Hazel Lea (Battistella) Kostok  and he lived in Vineland most of his life before moving to Toms River.

He graduated Vineland High School Class of 1998 and later attended and received a certification in I.T. from Cumberland County Vo-Tech. He was a member of the Elks of Toms River and he enjoyed gaming with his sister and kayaking. Recently he was employed as an Interface Specialist for Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include his sister, Jamie Kostok and his Aunt Virginia Battistella, both of Vineland. Also his companion, Melissa Grassman of Toms River and one niece Alana Kostok at home.

Family and friends may gather on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 PM in the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Inurnment will be private.
