IN LOVING MEMORY OF
William Thoden
Sr.
June 1, 1956 – August 8, 2020
William "Bill" Thoden Sr. passed away suddenly at home with his wife and faithful dog Lucky by his side on Saturday, August 8, 2020.
William was born on June 1, 1956 in Vineland to John and Lucy (Reynolds) Thoden Sr. He was husband to Andrea (Woolf) Thoden and father of William Thoden Jr. and Kim (Thoden) Derby. William was grandpop to five grandchildren; Avery and Birana Thoden of N.C. and Aidan, Aelyn and Evan Fallon of Port Elizabeth, NJ, and one great-grandchild Archie of N.C.
Bill enjoyed many different activities during his lifetime. Fishing, camping, model airplanes, golfing, car shows with his P.T. Cruiser, wood working, being a member and officer of the Millville Moose Lodge and working on his honey to do list to make his house into a home. Bill worked the last 30 years in the R.V. business. First at Bridgeton Travel Trailer and then at White Horse R.V. in Galloway, where he settled in and enjoyed it and the people he worked with.
Bill and Andrea were high school sweethearts that would have been married for 43 years in September. Bill was looking forward to retiring and spending time fishing with his best friend, his son Billy. When you became Bill's friend, you were his friend for life and he had many.
Bill leaves behind his loving family, including two nieces, one nephew and many cousins. Along with his aunts and uncles and brother and sister-in-law, all of which he loved and looked up to.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucy (Reynolds) Thoden Sr. and by his brother John Jr.
Bill will be cremated and the family will privately celebrate his life at a later date.
